Ok guys heres what happened. i backed up 2 of my games using wxripper, then i used ssmerger to exract an ss from each of the images(iso splitter/extract ss),now i checked the md5 of those ss's to some other ones for the same game and they are exactly the same and they match up to the ones required in ss merger.

i just wanna know how that is possible as i thought wxripper didnt get the ss but if the md5 matches other ones that ive seen round they must be the same file.
so whats the go?

afaik... sammy and 0800 firmware, or new firmware are the only two ways to get an SS.

all i can say is try it out for a $2 test... i doubt it will work tho
