I was wondering, but I read you only visit LC once just to do some stupid mission and immedietly return and never go back. I was wondering if there is a way to make it so you can reach it whenever you want?

There is a mod, but that only lets you do the mission. now this next part may be a little confusing

All 'interiors' in the game are in the sky, and liberty city is an 'interior' the only way to get to these places, without playing through the game is to to to the los santos gym and put in the jetpack cheat and kill everone inside. then turn to face the door and in the left corner there is a hole in the roof and fly up through that. everything will be black and a little strange. it is in this area where you can find the 'interiors' they are in the same place as they are in the map. so liberty city is north eas. fly in that direction and theoreticly you should come across liberty city, however i dont no of anyone who has found it yet................. all i have found is a couple safe houses

that doesn't sound right... I remember it being in the levels map section, not interiors...

I've done it.. all you need is the jetpack button combination code... cheatcc.com has the code... watch this.
