Everytime i play halo 2 whether ,it's in split screen or matchmaking, i'll be able to load any map for one game then after that i won't be able to load any of the original maps (lockout,headlong,ascension,midship,ivory tower,beaver creek,burial mounds,colossus,zanzibar,coagulation,and waterworks) but i can load the new maps. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Considering that the old maps are stored in the disc, I'm going to assume that your disc is probably scratched or dirty.

i have this same problem but i have a thomson dvd drive which literally starts screaming when i try to load a map i got it to work for like a day and then it started again... i just put up with it i dont care enough to get a new dvd drive lol
