Just curious about this... While playing my backup copy of Fight Night Round 3, at certain points in the career mode game the system freezes and then tells me that 'The Disc is Unreadable', please try to clean it.. etc.

Its the only backup I have (making them is so tedious that I decided against backing up all my games)

I'm using the Xtreme_Toshiba_Samsung package (not the V2.0 (I could never get that to work)).

There may have been a read error when you backed up your game.

It could also be due to bad media. What type of discs are you using?

I'm using the Verbatim DVD +R DL @ 2.4x CloneCD (per the guide). Its really irritating because I can play everything on the disc except career mode (the part I actually want to play). I can get through the first 5 or 6 matches and now I'm at a point in the game where whenever I load the career, I get the unreadable error.

When I ripped it I don't recall any errors..

try making a backup of a different game also

this sorta thing may be from the image transfer, like improper dumping...

re-backup and reburn. Or if you want to risk it- just reburn and see

This happened to me due to a bad or wrong Security Sector. Once I re-ran the check it work fine.

Always seem to happen at a certain point in the game.
