Is it possible to use two mods at the same time i want to use jezz's no kai mod and the xbmc live marketplace?

It depends. If the mod requires replacing the xml file of the page, then no. If it doesn't, then yes. Or you can just go in and edit the xml file to work.

BUT for the two mods you want, you might as well just do the livemarketplace mod. it does the same thing as the no kai mod.

It is possible to have a few different mods all at once, you just have to edit the xmls. I have The livemark mod ,the temperature mod ,the icons mod ,the lyrics mod , the login screen mod and a dashboard button on my games blade. All those mods are available on this site, and i take no credit for any of them. There is a thread called "Lots of mods all put together", That is a what i started with and just added the other mods to it. I can upload my mc360 files with all the mods, if there is demand.
