I've played on XBOX Live with this, so it's not banned. I DO have the original hard drive, DVD-ROM (Thomson), and Xenium accessories, BUT they're currently in storage. I don't know when they're coming out, since it's contingent upon our eventually purchasing a house. I will mail them separately (at my expense) to whoever scoops this all up.
I am NOT considering parting this all out - it'd be a pain in the butt to get rid of this stuff individually. You can put this ALL into that case and pretty much have an "all-in-one" gaming pack. It has served me well - I'm sure it'll do the same for the new owner.
The Monster Cables are not pictured due to my laziness in not wanting to pull the DLP TV out of the entertainment center.
Please ask questions - any REASONABLE offers will be considered.
I do have the original box, and can pack the XBOX in that, then pack it all up in another box. I can work out shipping/payment to any serious bidders (PayPal preferred), and also willing to foot the bill for www.escrow.com should the buyer think it necessary.
