Ok here is what I have...xecuter connectivity kit and two Hitachi 47D Drives. What I am wanting to do is keep one drive in my 360 and the other in my PC to keep from having to switch out all the time. I know I have to flash the one in the 360 to read the backups...but the PC one has me alittle confused....My question is do I have to flash the one in my PC with the key and .bin to match the one in my 360 in order to correctly backup games (for the .ss extraction)?

Any help would be great and if anyone has done this that would be even better biggrin.gif
Thanks ahead of time.

No. You will just need the correct firmware for dumping games. Since there is no checking of the DVD key by the computer, you won't need it.
