hi there
i have installed slayers evox
and then mameox from auto installer deluxe 3
mameox is installed at E:emulators so when i choose "play self installed emulators" from evox main screen it doesnt show there, just wondering how do i get it to show it there? and other thing is while playing a rom on mameox if i wanna exit the game and go back to mame page how do i do it whats the controls for that? at the moment i have to reboot xbox

you need to edit your evox.ini to show the new stuff you add.

ftp it to your pc, and open it with notepad. find the section where the emulators are, and add this line.

AutoAddItem "e:\emulators\"

put it anywhere in the emulators list, just as long as it stays between sorstart and sortend.

the best thing to do, in my opinion, is to delete every entry under emulators and replace it with this

            SortStart
            AutoAddItem "e:\emulators\"      
            SortEnd


add f:\emulators and g:\emulators too if you have a large hard drive

Press the Start and Back buttons at the same time.

am sure back is the red B button, i did that back and start buttons together but it doesnt do nothing
what could be wrong?

damn mate ... back is the back button. the small black button with 'back' mentioned above it. its right next to the start button!
