I think he shut it down. guess he got tired of payin for the domain/server and just stopped.

and just around the same time, my forums got shutdown (with no backup may I add) good timing...

I'm tryin to rebuild em but its taking a while. I also have most/all the gxm database, its just a matter of uploadin the files.


also, if anyone has any server space and a php setup, I still have the forum for GXM on backup.

that sucks, there's alot of stuff i need off gtamodsxbox.com 'cause my hard drives got fuct, had to reformat 'em, lost over 200-300 mbs worth of edited/converted gta sa/vc/3 mods , need tc beta and road/sidewalk/grass/tree/walkplank/sand/dirt/etc textures off gtamodsxbox.com. i have alot of stuff made for next version already in my xbox tho.

I'm kinda looking for a setup that supports restoring backups on a sql file. most free forum sites don't do that cause it kinda screws over their own business.



I have most of the stuff on file, i just gotta find a place to host it. I just finished up my new forums (with a 2MB upload limit per post) so I'm gonna start putting files on there. It'll be a while though cause its a LOT of files.

also I just spoke with dark, it seems that he didn't shut down gxm, its just that the server stopped working or something. Guess I'm not the only one with shitty servers (and communication/tech support too!)

the forums are growing, (the GTA SA section is kinda disorganized at the moment) but I plan to get things into a more user friendly manner in good time.

omg talk about timing, i had gtaxboxmods backed up (all of it) and my 250gb drive i had it on crashed on me (i lost 200gb of stuff)
