I got a 40g hdd in my xbox im gonna be taking it out and im gonna format it.......should i give it to my windows pc or make a linux pc???? My internet is going to be getting disconnected on the 15..... what should i do??

You can put it in your windows pc and do a dual boot.

Shouldn't you be able to partition it so you have Linux on say 10gb of that 40gb hdd and then use the rest for space that both Linux and Windows will be able to see?
I'm pretty sure but I'm not a Linux guru and haven't messed with it enough to know.

I'd do a dual-boot BUT INSTALL WINDOWS FIRST leaving about 10gb free for linux.
