Hi,

I have a problem with installing a new HDD. I installed the the HDD and put it back together, now it says i have error 16 (dashboard) no surprise. But i put in the AID disc and it still comes up with error 16. Is there something im missing here?

I have an 1.6 and a Aladdin XT with a custom made bios

have you tried a different bios?

also is the drive locked/unlocked?

HDD is unlocked but when i try to flash a bios it says:
Manufactures ID 09 Device ID 00
!!UNKNOWN FLASH TYPE!!
