I have extracted the security sectors from the game as normal, merged and burnt the game,but it doesnt work. Anyone else tried backing up this game?

Any more info to give us? ie what burner, what firmware revision, what media, what software used to burn, what DVD-ROM drive in your 360? We really need more info to help you narrow this down.

TDK is questionable as far as reliability.

What error message are you getting? Does the xbox360 just sit on reading for a couple of minutes and then come back with unrecognized disc? If yes then that's a SS issue.
