Ok i deleted my c drive but every time i ask for help i get things were i half to burn it to a disc. Since i dont have a cd burner i cant do these things. Now i can connect to my xbox with smatt ftp but i need to no what to put back in there. So if any body can help me i would be really greatfull.

If you're wanting to restore the MS dashboard, here are its necessary files (thank you Chancer for the image).
You can obtain the MS dashboard from a Slayer's EvoX auto-installer disc.
