Okay, let's say I've already FTP'ed Surreal64 into my Apps Folder and it's up and running (which is true).

I downlaoded the .RAR of my rom file.

Where would I upload the ROM to in my xbox for it to show up on my emulator?

There should be a roms folder under the surreal64 folder (their was one under Z-2600, my emulator of choice).

Well no there's a media folder and that's it. Is that what you're talking about?

you need to create a roms folder and then in the surreal folder you need to change one of the .ini files to map the rom directory to the folder with your roms

We don't want to hear that you're downloading ROMs.
