im happy with the dvd tray but im not 100% with the gamecard yet and id like to re-theme the xbmc live button does anyone know which images i need to alter and what size they need to be?

this is something like im wanting - and the spidey logo glowing when in focus.....should be easy enough to sort out

ive got it in and its animated but the sizes of the files seems to be the key........

i use adobe imageready to edit the gif size and split into the seperate files its a lot of work but its worth it

ive got all the seperate image files for the animation but its all stretched - i need to know the image size of the animation?

i was wondering about the text of the blades. of course without having to change the text color itself, i was wondering if you add a little art to make the text more visible? (e.g. you could have a white web coming from your cool spidey logo - just an idea)

yeah the texts a problem - when i made this theme the skin was using a different alternate font - since its been changed the text doesnt line up anymore which is a shame because the alternate text had a white underlay - i contemplated moving the blades but i thought i would jus release it as it is and wait for the white text option that blackbolt mentioned would be integrated into the skin....

ps. the lightning doesnt flash that often in the theme....

Correction, said MAY be added, its a lot of work to add that to the skin.

why was the alternate 360 font altered? this was a useable option i thought but in the latest release its out of line?

can you release the png files i would like to change the backgrounds the wallpaper packs slow everythig down best way is to recreate the xpr with new backgrounds

i dont think using wallpapers slows things down much does it?.....ive never noticed this before - make sure the wallpaper images arent too big and it should work no probs

Hey mbezik, unbelievable theme...I've been waiting for a proper Spider-Man 3 theme for the longest time now...and finally someone does it the right way!

btw i also agree with mikester18 on the slowdown because of the wallpaper...
maybe just recreate the xpr with smaller and less hoggy wallpapers?
perhaps a big half venom/half spidey logo? also, releasing the pngs would be nice...

the wallpapers are 220kb each - not very big at all.............are these wallpapers really causing problems

the wallpapers are really integral to this theme because of the custom background animation which is made for the wallpaer

perhaps something similar to this? for the background?

also, if it's a symbiote theme why not use the Venom logo?

i think the only way to do this would be to use gifs - but jezz x said this causes big problems with slowdown.....nice idea though looks good

i suppose it could be done if you make the wallpapers completely transparent and jus have the animation showing through from behind?

Hey mbezik, do you think you could make the borders a little more visible? it seems rather dark..

lol - its meant to be dark its suppose to show the suit turning to black..........im not a fan of dark themes meself but i think this 1 should be quite dark.....the original idea came from a wallpaper/animation idea of lixx's and i took that idea and based the theme around it, because the wallpaper was dark and brooding i decided to keep the theme the same......i tried reder sides/blades early in the design and it looked a bit cheesy with bright sides and the dark wallpaper

i know the live animation has been hassling you, but the size of it still gets me. is there a way to make it the same length as the dividers? i believe the dimension is 305x77. you don't have to make the spidey thing a different size, but just the background. maybe add text that says xbox live? if not, that's cool.

love the theme anyway. i can finally get rid of the test 2 version.

dont think you can unless you know how to code it into the skin.....i used the other font that was included in the skin but it doesnt line up with the blades anymore

I sucsessfully changed the font of the media blade but i cant figure out the other ones

Mbezik, i actually meant a theme logo (on media blade, games blade, etc) not a splash logo.

i never actually used that gif - i found the teaser poster that is used in that gif - wouldda looked a bit blockky with that small gif but its still like you wanted it - that was an idea i had for the logos not the splash (ive got it in the new theme) - jus wondered wat u thought
