GET COD2, I think you will be much more pleased with that than the others you listed. COD2 is very fun, mulit is good, and playing it on Veteran is a rush. 
I dont think rush is the right word, try damn near impossible, as in like 1 hours per lvl usually, the fun ones are when you spend 3 hours trying to beat the same one bc the game adds a little different shit. But COD is definitely a fun game, not to mention it has a hell of a lot of maps out now. Totally worth its price.
Agree, COD2 is the best out of the games you listed. Loved every minute of playin and still not bored of online multi after 3months.
