Ok so everything on my xbox is stock i have two XBL Gt's on it also. If i install my chip and boot into the M$ all originol stuff will i be banned?

So long as you have not changed any hardware (HDD) since you signed up for XBL you should be fine, look for the Marrage Theory on this site, as that explains it all.
