Hi ppl, i just want to (re) report, a bug that i've notice since the first version of MC360.
I just can't have special characters like i have in PMIII.
I speak brazilian portuguese, and in my language, we have lots of ã, ç, ê, í, ó, á, etc, etc, i can see them on PMIII, but , when i switch to MC360, the special characters disapear!
Team Blackbolt, can you fix this, please?

well im not sure but I think your lanuage localization file needs some one to update it HERE
or maybe its been done already. If you know what needs to be changed you could make your own and post it.

The problem is the font files don't include your characters.
There was a change - 25-08-2006 changed: TTF rendering improved through the use of freetype.
TTF fonts now look amazing, better than xpr to me. So hopefully you sholuld be able to drop your TTF font in (named appropriatley) and should have all your characters.
(once you update XBMC)

Ok, but, the mc360.ttf file, is an ARIAL font, and ARIAL has special characters for portuguese.

Choose TTF Font if you are having trouble with our standard fonts. The fonts will be reworked in the future before our 1.0 release.
