I am making backups in different ways:

First way:

1) Install xtreme0800 firmware in Samsung
2) Extract SS with DVDInfoPro
3) Isobuster to extract game image
4) Xbox 360 Isobuilder folder with the files:
- blank360.iso
- build360.bat
- IMAGE.dvd
- game.iso
- ss.bin
5) Doubleclick build360.bat to create image
6) Burn the final image with CloneCD

Second way (Hitachi drives):

1) Extract image with Wxripper with only my PC (Isobuster does not work, only shows VIDEO_TS)
2) Extract Security Sector from my drive with Drive Tools
3) Merge both with SS Merger
4) Burn with CloneCD

I burned them with Pioneer 111d with original firmware, on Verbatim DL DVD+R.

For both ways, it does not work with Xtreme 3.0 .

Did you have the same problems ?
What did you do to solve it ?

I've created all my backups with the following method:

First of all, my Samsung DVD-Rom is flashed with the extreme 3.0 firmware. I then created the 0800 firmware enable DVD onto a Verbatim DVD+R DL. Insert DVD into Samsung for 5-10 seconds, to enable 0800 mode.

*Note: I used the steps outlined in the README.txt file of the xtreme3.0 firmware

1) Extract SS, PFI, and DMI with DVDInfoPro
2) Enter FF 08 01 01 (i think) command into DVDInfoPro, so you can view the game as an IMAGE, and NOT the VIDEO_TS/AUDIO_TS folders.
3) Isobuster to extract game image (name it GAME.iso)
4) Copy the following files from Xtreme3.0 Xbox 360 Isobuilder folder + the created GAME.iso, SS.bin, PFI.bin, and DMI.bin:
- IMAGE.dvd
- build360.bat
- blank360.iso
- game.iso
- ss.bin
- pfi.bin
- dmi.bin
5) Doubleclick build360.bat to create image
6) Burn the final image with CloneCD

Also, make sure you have your burner set so it sets the booktype to DVD-Rom. And also make sure you are using quality DVD+R DL, preferably Verbatim.

Thanks for your replay.

So my conclusion is, is that you can only play backups on Samsung Xtreme 3.0 , when the
backups have been created with at least also the files:

- pfi.bin
- dmi.bin
