I want to update my Xbmc which is now a dash, I used The AID my xbmc version is JAn 30thi tried to update my xbmc but it screws up ,

My method; Delete the XBMC folder in C drive Replace with new build.. Then when i boot my box it gives red writing or it just stays black screen
Help?
