I'm quite used to using the M$ dash to play DVDs and I like the buttons the way they are set up.

So can I configure the dvd remote to operate EXACTLY the same way in XBMC?

It would be nice if XBMC could see if you have a dongle/remote or are using a controller. The setup is clearly for a controller but would be nice to have the option to use a remote config (ie hitting menu brings up the dvd menu, not the xbmc little menu)
