hey
ive been trying to flash my hitachi drive for 2 days now, read through a lot of tutorials but didnt have any success yet.
i have a hitachi drive, an xecuter connectivity kit and a PCI Sata card. i downloaded the latest via drivers for the pci sata card (the card has a VT6421 chipset), installed the latest bios on my motherboard and made sure the switches on the xecuter kit are set correctly to put it in mode B. but somehow my bios cant find the drive...i read somewhere that you have to disable raid in the bios, but my bios doesnt have any raid / sata options eventhough its the latest (a phoenix award bios).
any ideas ?
