Hi all...im trying to backup my original copys and am trying to use wxRipper..and the first one i am trying is Madden06 and have nothing but crc errors with all different layout files.. exept this one

and it completes with no errors and i get a image of 7.05 GB (7,572,881,408 bytes)
but when i try and open it with wx360 it says this is not a xbox iso....?? not sure what im doing wrong i have read that you get the magic number before you do the swap ..? and after the swap...? i read everything i can find but am still stuck in the same place.....if anyone could please point me in my errors i would be very gratful........


oohh and im using a Lite-ON DVD-ROM SHD-16P1S Drive with the case off

Thanks ive read that tutorial: and i got the Magic number 298272 for madden06 before i did the HotSwap with the DVD 2Fast2Furious 7.83G and used the layout...

well i finally got pissed at my DVDDrive and chucked it out the window and picked up a new Lite-on LightScribe (SHM-165H6S)... and thank GOD it worked perfect do not have to change the layout from the original....for 10 games so far. and just use Merger 1.6 for SS burn with Clone and im backing up my Originals......

Well it was out the window or check me into a Nut house i was going crazy why it would not work ..and i always forget about the simple things when im stuck....on a project....like the Rom i have wont read Crap... ......and sorry i did not figure the Cambodia children when i had a fit of rage...i guess they got to start somewere worry about power and the other minor things later to run it....

Hey people...I managed to dump my original tomb raider legend afeter changing the layout...wx360 recognizes the iso and shows all the files...my problem now is after burning...when i patch the security sextor with ss merger it says: put this disk in an xbox 360 console, when i patch the ss with gary opa iso builder it says unrecognized disk...my setup is in my signature...other back ups work but for example...my original ghost recon was backuped by my best friend who has the TS drive and it works just fine...what should i do??
