Where can you get new thermal components?
pbkill
Should not have opened it. Its better to just take the $130 up the ass (if your warrenty is out) then have to pay for a new box just becuase you though one of the fixes would work.

Where can you get new thermal components?

He means the TIM, thermal interface compound... the "goop" that goes between a heatsink and chip to help transfer heat.
The good stuff is called Arctic Silver 5, check Newegg.com. You can get it pretty much anywhere online.
