Sorry for all the noob questions. I bought this 360 off friend, because he didn't want to miss with MS or 360 anymore. So I thought I will give a worl and try to fix it myself.

I been hearing try "heat gun trick" I like to know is there link show you step bt step how to do. And I hear about
resoldered the video connector on 360. Is there link on that how to do. Then I hear about is the "mobo", and what is that. And how can I fix that?
