there is my story
first of all i baught a used xbox v1.6 witch the hdd was dead so i needed to make my self a new hdd so i toke my 40gig hdd i had somewhere in my desk and instaled it into my pc and i installed the original dashboard with ultimate boot cd v4.0
but i was not able to lock the hdd since my box doesent have a modchip so i had to solder and make my self my own eeprom reader with a serial cable and 2 resistor 4k ohm and to 5v zener diodes and i was able to recover my eeprom.bin so then i could lock it back!!!
so ok i put the hdd back into the xbox and i do all the stuff to softmod with mechassault and all that and it works but now i can play games and do everything i want with the box but THIS IS WHERE I NEED HELP I CANT GET ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL MS DASHDASHBOARD FROM THE XBOX. can anyone help me
