This was Thursday post at another forum.

Will this afternoon, I figure I give a try and see what I can fix or sovled. As you some you guys know I get no boot screen or sound when I turn the power on, and then I get those 3 Red lights of Death! So I'm going to try the "Heat Gun trick." And check for losse screws if any. And try to resolder the video conectors aswell, maybe this will sovle my 3 red lights problems.

Well here she is, getting readly to be tear down. I put small tv on the table there so I can test when I get done.

Here I just got done took the faceplate and side case off. Man those are really tricky to get off.

Here is where I am at the moment of tear down. And it put me in a dead stop for now. I don't have the right size StarHead tool for it. Lol what funny is I have one too BIG or too SMALL! lol Looks like I need to go to Wal-Mart soon.

I'll try to update, asap I can.

Here is 2 X brace holding the heatsink under mobo. I made sure those tight not losse.

Close-up on the heatsink, also made sure they was tight.

The only thing I did to stop those 3 Red Lights of Death was. Made sure all screws are tight, fan, dvd, plugs are in good and tight. Tap on the heatsink, ram, video connector, and etc in there. I did not do any resoldering or try the heat gun trick. I think that will be the last thing to do if you can get it to work at all. I put it back together without putting the case back on.

You guys have to remember My console got 3 ROL and didn't even boot-up at all.

Now So, I plug everything back up and hook it up to tv. Turn power on... Wooo Hooo Boot-up screen! At first i get freeze screen, I keep trying, same thing, then I get Error 75 then 1 ROL. Booo, lol at lease not 3 ROL.

Then I start same steps all over, Bam! Its works No More Red lights at all! Knock on woood. lol I load Ghost Recon 'Advanced Warfighter disc played it for about 20mins then froze up on me. then i try. Perfect Dark Zero, it load to play screen, then played about 2mins, then it froze! boooo! lol

Then I unplug everything and let it rest for 10mins. Then try it again, so i put in Call of duty 2, then I played it for 3 hours!! woo hoo! I'm saying to myself "Its alive Alive!!!!" lol

I turn COD2 so I can try others, they all works so far without freezeing up on me. Here is the srceen of COD2. hehe
