I just tried to install the new mne360v1.1 chip. Now when i turn on the 360 i get an error. It is the dvd drive error E65. I looked over all my solder points they are fine. I had the v1 limited installed and the dvd drive worked. When i try to eject the dvd drive nothing happens but the 360 still comes on but the drive won't open. Anyone else having this problem. When I got my chip it had the capacitor with it. I wonder if i got a hitachi chip. But it has a same S on the back. Did anyone else order a samsung chip and get a capacitor with theirs. I can't figure out what is wrong. Anyone have any Ideas???????

I would try taking chip out and see if you messed up your drive.

I have the same issue. I removed the chip and got the same thing.

I am currently looking to see if I can notice any damage to the board.


I have another question though. Can you ever pull a dvd from a preimum system and put it in a core?
