Hi guys...

This has probably been answered before but i just couldn't quite find the answer i was looking for.

I have about 20 old xbox harddrives taken from various xbox consoles. I never had a need for them so just let them all build up... but now, i could really do with one of them.

The problem is i no longer have any eeproms or keys or anything to unlock any of them. Is there a way i can unlock them without the correct keys?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Cameron.

Actually.............www.hddunlock.com is free for hard drives under 20gb

I use it all the time.

It used to be free. I have two of the slim Seagates that I wanted to unlock with Hddunlock and it asked for my code. To get a code I needed to pay $3.00.

Use this tutorial to unlock the drives for free. The only ones you can't unlock, without building a board, are the slim seagates.
