Does that after changing resolutions, the "XBMC Live" bleeds through under the "System"
It did this on the last version too...
oh oh you will be happy to know I finnally figured this out and fixed it 
ahhh, yes. i've seen this too when i've changed themes or skins.
just like when the "kai" blade would come up and then you'd press "b" and you'd notice a change of icon. it's a "tick" i know, but that's what makes fixing these little "buggers" more enjoyable.

I was doing some converting and I noticed a bug in the animation code for it
