Ok....I searched this forum over before posting and a few have been close to my problem but not exact. Here it is. On my MAMEoX 128, with a few of my roms, I get the LOADING COMPLETE screen and then it just sits there and I have to reboot to get out of it. These are not NeoGeo roms or huge ones by any means (Tutankham for ex.) My clock is fine and I don't have any controller plugged into the second slot.

Remove mame save from msdash (or use the save browser if your dash is unleash)
then reboot and restart mameox and try loading it again.

That worked!!
