Is there a sega 32X /cd combo or gens combo i mean like well does dgens run 32x games and cd games if not is there and emu for those thanks for your help XD!!

NeoGenesis plays Genesis, 32X, and Sega CD.

If you mean 32X-CD games then you can't play them in Gens or NeoGenesis.
The only emulator I know that can do that is Kega Fusion.
