Ok i got halo 2 and i want to make a backup. I have the disc in and have ftp into teh xbox and went into D drive and started to copy the files over from the disc to my computer but i get a error when trying to copy 03b_newmombasa.map and single_player_shared.map it will just fail or it will say that i will have anouther file named that and will stop. I have tryed doing to from the xbox to the computer and it just fails. All the other files copy over sweet. I have read on how to make a backup and stuff the xbox is softmodded with XBMC dash on it. Any iders on how to fix this?

might want to check the files, compare the sizes on the ones in your PC to those from the D: drive.

sometimes it says failed, but transfers them anyway OR

clean the disc, use a scratch remover device.

Hey can some one help me agine i have got halo 2 on my computer but now i want to back it up onto my stock hhd but i need 4.5gbs of space i only got 4.2gb. Any thing i can delete of the xbox or Halo 2?. I am useing XMDC
