I ordered something from them and it did not say backorder on the screen when I ordered it,I get an email apologizing and saying they will ship my order complimentary,but yet they still charged my credit card!!! Then I read in the forums that people did not get there stuff,I tried calling theit 800 number and it is not in service,does anybody have a valid phone number? Thanks.
