Ok i wanna add like some new highways and roads and so forth.. that ive already downloaded.. is it the same as the vehicles just convert the txd? or is there any special website i can hit to get roads set for the xbox version.. and also...
Since im ADDING THE new road... will cars drive on it or will it not be encoded to do so...??

as for installing it, refer to the readme. it depends on the files.
from the sounds of things, if its new roads and it inlvoles PC ide files, your going to have a REAL hard time porting those. basicly you have to recreate it on a xbox ide with a map editor.
ipl mods are compatible with xbox though. also simple reskins that use txd files can easily be ported to xbox as well.

nope, the games AI won't drive on it.
also this mod uses a pc ide so it would be pretty hard to convert. you'd have to have a LOT of patients.
