What's the latest BIOS for Matrix? And what version of Evox do you recommend?

There is no BIOS make for the Matrix, any 256k BIOS will work, I would recommend you flash the Xecuter2 4976.02 BIOS in there. The best version of Evolution-X would have to be the latest one, 1.8.3752.
