Ok i have a modded xbox with an Xecuter3 modchip installed. I turned on the xbox with the mod chip off and the HD locked. I brings me to the ms dashboard. I go to xbox live, create new account, and type in my gamertag and my date of birth, but when i type in my subscribtion code and hit continue it says "unable to connect due to technical difficulties. Please try again later." I am completely stumped can somebody please help me out.

Did it have any codes or anything to go with that. That description is kind of ambiguous
