heh.. talk about adverts... the boat level, you start in a room and theres a TV with a commercial for some razor or something... shotgun shells, bullets, grenades... nothing can destroy that TV!

and comcast adverts "its comcastic" all over mutliplayer.

While the game is loaded with adverts, that trailer is not. This is the image you see that keeps popping up

more than likely an error from their encoding software, that looks to be from this company.

besides, I dont care how many adverts are in a game, as long as they are placed right. If there is going to be a billboard, why not let is say Comcastic? Better than them forcing in game commercials on us that would stop gameplay. Plus, it can lend a bit more immersion if you can relate to the products they use, and if they get kick backs from the companies they advertise, then that could help keep overall production cost lower.

Anyway, nothing subliminal going on.

I agree, in-game adverts can add a level of realism that's unobtainable through fiction alone.
