The new trailer is up on iFilm.
http://www.ifilm.com/presents/spiderman3It looks like there'll be more action in this one than in the first movie. There's no sign of Venom, however. I don't think we'll get to see him until the last 10 minutes of the movie anyway. I used to think Dunst looked hideous before, but in this trailer, she looks like Death got ahold of her. Really, I cringed when I saw her. Hide your children.

Not exactly a spoiler because it's in the trailer, but Sandman is now scripted as Uncle Ben's killer. It might just be a plot device to frame Sandman, but who knows?

You think a multimillion dollar budget film would have costumes with exposed zippers?

I never said the zipper would be exposed. I said the webbing would hide it. It'd be much easier for the audience to not notice a zipper under that webbing and believe it's a living costume than it would be if it was a slick black costume with the hint of a seam.
Besides, the money spent on these types of movies doesn't eliminate "lazy producing." Look at the countless mistakes in the first two films. The one that stood out for me in the first one was when Spidey's swinging with MJ towards the right of the screen (Spidey facing right; MJ facing left) and MJ's hair is blowing to the right. I know it's a stupid thing to gripe about considering the lead character can shoot webs from his wrists, but you can only suspend disbelief for so long before reality slaps you right in the face. *smack*

Here's a better movie Venom:
