Hello, well I am as rookie as it gets!! So I bought an xecuter3 for my 1.4 version xbox. The background of this is that I want this chip so that I can upgrade the harddrive and use it in my car for dvd's music, and games! Now to my problem. I have installed the chip and when I turn it on there is an image on the tv that moves from top to bottom and keeps scrolling like that. Similar to how the old tv's would have images scrolling top to bottom until u adjust the knob for the image to stablize I can barely make out one of the words and I think it says flash or something on the screen. Much more just can't figure it out. Thanks everyone.

Boot to your X3 OS and make sure the video region is set correctly (NTSC for America, PAL for Europe).
