It's not banned, you just need to flash with a newer firmware. What are you currently using? Use 4.2a, seems to be fine.
No i called and talked to there supervisor at XBOX LIVE and they said the z error code meant there was a software or hardware modifcation. Owell xbox live has made me 800$. I cant complain about a system im about to sell for 300$. Ill just use my hitachi firmware stealth! But more on hitachi. Can you rip games fine with it?

Youre going to sell a system to someone that cant be used on Live? I hope you are letting them know this.
