As I go on in the game and level up it tells me sometimes, new move learned. How do I use this new move? Is there anywhere to look and see what moves I know? All I know how to do is the drop kick. I'm at level 14 now.

you should definately learn the moves that you have unlocked because a lot of them are very useful.

The jumpkick + roundhouse/knee drop (if you're quick) is my personal favourite. Excellent for clearing a path through the hordes.
