how do u lock your HD... i was reading on another site that to play on xbox live with a modchip in your system you need to turn it off and lock your hd.
also
if you have you hd locked can you access your games like if i was going to play PSO or something.....?

Use ConfigMagic to lock HDD
When you buy a new xbox the HDD is locked to the motherboard.
If you upgrade HDD and decide to lock it, you are locking it to the motherboard again.
Locking HDD will not prevent you from doing anything . . . but will enable you to
load your retail BIOS . . . therefore allowing you to play Xbox live service.
