Just rented this and it says i need a update is required to play this game and do i want to install, Is this the same update MS just released last week? I do have a flashed hitachi xbox and dont want the newest update.

didnt stop my x360 working, running gary2.2 all other games boot fine, its a game update i think not a dash update
