Hey all I have an nforce 4 chipset also in RAID 0. Last night I was trying to flash it. I hex edited my xtreme.bin and also used the mtkflash that comes out of the nforce folder, with no luck when I select SATA master it just hangs and says something about =52 should be 70 or something. Any suggestions?

Hmmm. Very strange. My Hitatchi flashed fine with the crossed wires trick on my MSI with NForce 4.

Try using xtreme boot maker. I could NEVER get it to work with the pre-edited mtkflash. I have onboard nf4 on my MSI mobo.
