I've seen those old 5 connector (coax) VGA cables. Is there anyway to modify those into working with the xbox component set? It's RGB and horizontal and vertical.

Sorry, wasn't descriptive enough. One one end is a VGA connector, the other end is what was described.

You can use them, actually. However, if you just mod the cable with an Xbox AVIP connector, you must have a monitor which supports Sync on Green.

Off course, you'll also need a VGA BIOS.
