I have been doing a lot of searching trying to figure out how to get my toshiba drive back after a floppy failed during a flash. I found this:

However, the link is invalid.
Here is what happened:
I was flashing along fine and then the floppy could not read. I then wrote the same file to another floppy (x42b.bin) and tried "retry". It seemed to continue with no errors. However the toshiba DVD drive is now bricked and will not even eject.
I was looking for the Guide above but cannot find it. Can someone point me to where it is now located? I also asked this question in another topic, but I thought I would ask it again in a new one, since it is a different subject.
