im new to this stuff so i beg your patience...

ok managed to flash my Hitachi 47 Drive with Maximus-Garyopa_XTRM-HITACHI_v2_3_Stealth

...

now @ my pc i opened my Dvd Pioneer DVR 109 (1,58) to do the hotswapping trick

used a dvd movie 7,5GB

wanted to backup my oblivion

used Wxripper 1.2

everything seems to go well ... i recieve an .img file without any errors

i burn it with clone cd - here i use Verbatim DVD+R Dl but the backup wont start even not with the trick of inserting the hdd.


What am i doing wrong ?

when u put the game in the 360 does it say "open tray"?

it says : to play this disk put in an xbox 360 console


i wonder what i have here ? not an 360 0o ^^

ok what burner are you using and what program
maybe you didnt set the burner to dvd-rom for the booktype


i use verbatims dl +
lite on burner
and dvd decrypter burned at 2.4

Just a Thought, You May have already done this.

DVDDecrypter has to have layer break Manually set at 1913760

i finally got my backup of oblivion working ^^

spend the whole night on it


i made 2 mistakes :

1. i took the magic number of the game not of the video

2. i didnt merge my ss.bin into it.

after doing this everything is fine ....
