Ive asked a few people and noone knows, one person who has it said that it came with their 360 when they signed up for a live account, they didnt even own the game. I dont know how that would of happened beacuse i dont have it and neither do a few others.

I looked on the market place multiple times and nothing there for Gears of War under Themes and Gamer Pics.

Im starting to think that mabye it comes with the special edition or collectors or w/e of Gears of War like with Perfect Dark Zero

can anyone conferm how to get the Gears of War gamer pic?

(btw im speaking of the red skull in perticular)

Yeah, that gamerpic was only available on emergence day. They put it up in the downloads on xbox live and whoever got it could keep it but everyone else that didn't see it missed out. This is the one your talking about right?

I had that gamer pic for awhile. If I'm not mistaken its in the list of gamer pics that come with the system. I picked it out when I did the initial setup when I first bought my xbox. I'm at work right now but I'm gonna check when I get home in an hour or so.

I am pretty sure that once you play the game and have a save file, it saves the pic in your personal stuff. goto change gammer pic and it should be there. that is where I found it after playing for a bit and saving. It wasnt there when I first got the 360 months ago and I dont go on live, so it must be saved from the game.

Found it. Went to "edit gamer profile", then "change gamer picture" and there it was. It was between the fable and prey pictures. Mabey it's only on newer xboxes.

i had this when i first got my 360 ( around october time ) and then got it again on emergance day and then again once i saved the game. so i have it 3 time

my friend who got his xbox on launch day has it so its not on newer xbox's only, i saved my game mutiple times so thats not the case, and i wasnt there on e-day to get it so what the hell.

btw about saving the game, are u talking about there is a way to manually save or are you talking about just having the auto save?

have you gone to edit profile and change gammer picture? that is where it is.

of course thats where i went, i looked on market place, didnt find anything, clicked on my name on the xbox live screen, selected edit gamer profile, gamer picture, looked in both personal picture and gamer picture, not there in either.

yea that red skull gamerpic has been on my system for quite awhile. The one that was around on emergence day was just a pic of marcus from the game. skull pic is better!

I have a launch day console, I checked and I do have that pic...

I know for a fact that I didn't download it intentionally.

I have no idea when I got it but it's there now.

If it's a launch console it should have been there when it shipped... just like those 3 graw pics that came on it.

Just got my system the other day, and in the initial setup it was one of the options. I hadn't even put the game disc in yet, or downloaded anything.

it definately wasn't there a year before the game shipped (i have a launch console also). i haven't checked what i have for gamer icons that showed up on their own lately, so i honestly don't know if the icon has shown up on my system or not (can check later tonight, i'm not near my 360 right now) but it definately didn't ship with the system.

Try logging into Xbox.com and changing it there. I changed an old gamertag I had to that picture recently, its available there.
