ok, i opened my xbnox adn the side where the power supply stuff are, i saw this white foam stuff, over some of the transistor and other stuff

is it normal, or should i try to take it out, any help owuld be appreaciated

That is just a little goop that was set on the components to prevent them from vibrating and damaging. It doesn't hurt the power supply and is non-conductive, so there is really no point of taking off. I would reccomend leaving it there, anyways.
